I really wanted to like ovira, but this little thing just didn’t do much for me. I tried it a few times hoping it would help with cramps, but the zapper gadget felt weak and I barely noticed a difference.

Customer service was fine, I guess, but slow, and the whole return situation was more of a hassle than it needed to be. For what it costs, I expected way better. Maybe it works for some people, but I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

It helped a little, but after about a few uses, the pads started making my skin red and itchy. I wanted to like it, but the irritation was annoying.

Not gonna lie, it took longer than I expected to hear back from customer service. They did eventually reply, and once they did, the help was okay

I ordered from ovira.com and the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I had no idea what was going on most of the time. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t really clear who was responsible for the delay or who I was supposed to contact about it. It finally arrived, but way later than I needed it, so overall I’m disappointed.

It works alright once I finally get it positioned just right, but it takes me a few tries every time. I think part of my frustration is that I started using it during a really busy stretch, so I probably had less patience for fiddling with it. It also doesn’t always feel super comfortable under my clothes. Not a bad device, just a little tricky for me to get used to.

The site looks fine overall, but I found it kind of annoying to navigate. It took me longer than expected to find what I needed, and checkout felt a bit confusing with too much clicking around. I also expected things to respond faster, so the whole process ended up feeling more frustrating than it should have.

It’s small enough to carry around easily, so I’ll give it that. But they made it sound like it would be super discreet, dealing with the wires is still annoying. I expected it to be a lot easier to hide everything

I sent my order back and then for the refund, I was waiting way too long. Support I contacted a few times, but mostly vague replies they kept giving me. It was frustrating, honestly

I was really hopeful about this and I do appreciate that it was easy to use and didn’t cause any weird side effects for me. That said, it just didn’t kick in fast enough. I followed the directions, but I was still dealing with cramps for a long time before I noticed much of a difference, if there was one at all. For the price, I expected quicker relief. It might work better for other people, but for me it was a letdown overall

I picked this up a while back, maybe around March or April, I can’t remember exactly. It does work okay, and I do like the idea behind it. The device itself feels decent and it has helped me here and there, but for the price I expected a little more. It’s not bad by any means, I’m just not totally convinced it’s a great value. Still on the fence about whether I’d buy it again.

It works fine and does what I need it to do, but the battery definitely drains faster than I expected. Not a dealbreaker for me, but I’d feel a lot better about it if it held a charge a bit longer.

I’ve been using the Ovira device and, it feels well made to me. It doesn’t have that cheap plastic feel, which I was kind of relieved about. The buttons and outer casing seem sturdy enough for everyday use, at least so far. The only thing I’m a little unsure about is the cable, it feels slightly delicate, so I try to be careful with it. Overall, I’d say the build quality is good and probably worth 4 stars.

I didn’t expect the subscription to end up costing me this much. For what I need, the replacement cost feels way too high, and I’m not sure it’s worth it for me.
